About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing SEO strategies that improve the company's search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for search engines.
  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve organic performance.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Implement technical SEO best practices (site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, indexing issues, etc.).
  • Develop and manage link-building strategies and outreach campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital assets.
  • Prepare monthly SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in SEO or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website management (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with content marketing and PPC strategies.
  • Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Basic understanding of social media marketing and its impact on SEO.
