**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with user-centered design principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, marketing) to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Ensure the visual and interaction design is aligned with brand guidelines and provides a consistent user experience.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, usability, and accessibility issues).
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our product designs remain modern and effective.
- Mentor junior designers and provide feedback on design work across the team.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and clients, articulating design decisions and strategy.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation and maintain design consistency throughout the development process.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities for enhancing user experience.
- Creating Branding and Style guides

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.

**Skills**:

- Expertise in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and design thinking.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability best practices.
- Branding guidelines and style guides.
- Experience conducting user research, creating personas, and developing user journeys.
- Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Educational Qualifications

Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

Pay: ₹1,038,125.89 - ₹1,329,514.76 per year
