Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support
Genesys Cloud CX routing solutions
across multi–data center environments. - Build and maintain routing strategies for
voice and digital channels
(Email, WebChat, etc.). - Develop integrations with
APIs, web services, RESTful endpoints, and middleware
. - Apply strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve production issues.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth deployment and delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years
in Genesys Contact Centre development with multi–DC implementation. - 2+ years
in
Cloud CX routing development
(voice & digital). - Hands-on coding experience in
Java/Python
, SDK usage,
YAML scripting
, and
AWS
. - Strong experience in
API development/integration
. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Open mindset to
learn and adapt quickly
in a dynamic environment.

Description:
As a
Genesys System Engineer
, you will be part of the
Development Engineering team
, responsible for designing, testing, and deploying advanced
SIP and VoIP solutions
with a strong focus on Ribbon/Sonus SBC platforms. You will contribute to
proof-of-concept testing
, integrations, and provide support through all phases including production cutover and warranty.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in SIP-based deployments
with
Ribbon/Sonus SBC PSX
. - Strong
VoIP troubleshooting
using Wireshark and other analyzer tools. - Hands-on experience with
SIP, SIPREC, Voice/VoIP/REC, WebRTC, WFM
. - Deployment experience with
transcoding, TLS/SRTP
. - Intermediate knowledge of
Genesys Core/Voice
platforms. - Familiarity with
AWS/Azure cloud technologies
. - Beginner to intermediate
Linux administration
. - Intermediate knowledge of
Ribbon SBC SIP Recording deployments
.
