Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager Sales Business Development based in Ahmedabad. The Senior Manager will lead business development initiatives, establish and nurture client relationships, and develop strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth. Daily tasks include identifying opportunities for growth, implementing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless customer service. The role also involves overseeing sales operations and achieving targets effectively.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate opportunities, and drive informed decision-making
- Experience in business planning, strategy development, and market analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Customer service skills to ensure satisfaction and create value for clients
- Proficiency in sales operations, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Leadership and team management experience is highly beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
