Business Development Executive

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Nutritionist cum sales to drive regional sales growth through affiliate partnerships in the wellness ecosystem. This role blends nutrition expertise with strong sales and relationship management skills. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, pitching, onboarding, and managing wellness professionals as affiliate partners to promote and sell our nutrition products.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive regional sales through affiliate-led channels across gyms, fitness studios, clinics, and wellness communities.
Identify and onboard affiliate partners such as gym trainers, nutrition coaches, medical practitioners, and wellness influencers.
Pitch product benefits, nutrition science, and commercial models to partners.
Educate affiliates on product usage, claims, compliance, and positioning.
Coordinate onboarding, promo codes, pricing, targets, and sales tracking.
Maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat sales and partner engagement.
Monitor regional performance, conversions, and revenue from affiliate channels.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams for campaigns and fulfilment.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Health Sciences (mandatory).
3–4 years of experience in regional sales, wellness sales, or affiliate partnerships.
Strong understanding of nutraceuticals, supplements, and wellness products.
Proven ability to pitch, close, and manage B2B partnerships.
Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
