Key Responsibilities:
  • Customize and configure Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and automation according to business requirements.
  • Develop custom functions, scripts (Deluge), and integrations to enhance CRM capabilities.
  • Assist in managing Zoho CRM data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for CRM improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho CRM functionality.
  • Maintain documentation of CRM configurations, customizations, and workflows.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Zoho CRM features and best practices.
  • Stay updated on Zoho CRM new features and best practices to recommend improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM development.
  • Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM customization, Deluge scripting, workflows, and modules.
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
