Role & responsibilities:
- Identifying and prospecting potential clients or customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, competition, and new market segments.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM systems. Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with prospects.
- Presenting products or services to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as Pre-Sales/Estimation, marketing, product development, and operations to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Providing timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.
- Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Attending networking events, conferences, and trade shows to expand professional network and promote the company's offerings.
- Continuously enhance industry knowledge, sales skills, and business acumen through self-learning, training programs, and participation in professional events.
