Location Udaipur Rajasthan Job Type Full-Time On-site Experience Required 1-3 years in IT Sales or Business Development About the Role We re looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities building client relationships and closing IT service deals You ll be the face of our company to potential clients representing our innovative IT solutions that solve real business problems Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Identify potential clients through online research cold calling networking and attending events Client Interaction Engage with CXOs decision-makers and procurement heads to understand their IT needs Product Pitching Present and promote IT services such as web app development cloud services cybersecurity automation etc Relationship Building Build long-term relationships with clients through trust and consistent support Sales Pipeline Maintain and update CRM with client interactions follow-ups and deal status Proposal Negotiation Prepare proposals handle pricing discussions and close deals Market Insights Monitor industry trends competitor strategies and market needs Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field MBA preferred 1-3 years of experience in B2B IT sales or business development Strong communication and negotiation skills Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of IT services and digital solutions Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator CRM software and email marketing platforms Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay Commission pay Work Location In person
