We are looking for a passionate, proactive, and highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online presence and client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO, content marketing, website development, paid advertising, social media, and conversion optimization. You will be responsible for crafting data-driven strategies that not only build brand awareness but also generate leads and scale our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Optimize websites for search engines and user experience to boost lead generation.
  • Create engaging content for blogs, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Implement conversion optimization techniques to improve lead-to-client ratios.
  • Analyze data using Google Analytics and other tools to inform marketing decisions.
  • Manage email campaigns, marketing automation, and CRM tools to nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to refine messaging and customer journeys.
  • Lead branding efforts to differentiate CapStonePlanet in competitive markets.
  • Track ROI on all campaigns and recommend adjustments to maximize efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, analytics, and tools.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B.
  • Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, paid social ads, and analytics tools.
  • Strong copywriting and content strategy skills.
  • Experience with website platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret reports and forecast trends.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Outsourcing Industry.
  • Working knowledge of automation platforms like Zapier or Integromat.
  • Graphic design or video marketing experience.
  • Familiarity with local SEO for regions like New York, Florida, and Canada.
