Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Appointment Generation Specialist
to identify and qualify potential business clients and set high-quality appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate is skilled in outbound communication, understands B2B sales processes, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects and qualify leads.
- Schedule qualified appointments and demos for the sales team with key decision-makers.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect information and activity logs.
- Research and identify target companies and relevant stakeholders based on ideal customer profiles.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.
- Follow up on inbound leads and nurture early-stage prospects until they're sales-ready.
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs such as appointments booked, calls made, and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, appointment Generation, or Pre sales (SaaS or tech industry is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable handling rejection.
- Must have experience in serving Bant Campaign, AVM Campaign across the globe.
