Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Human Resources Generalist for a full-time position located in Madurai. The candidate should possess 1 to 3 years of work experience, focusing primarily on HR functions such as recruitment and onboarding. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the talent management and human resources objectives within our growing company.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in conducting recruitment activities to source and select high-quality candidates.
  • Ability to manage talent efficiently and contribute to the company's growth and people strategies.
  • Proficiency in blue collar recruitment processes is essential (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven ability to manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions for new hires (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in end to end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer creation (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive working environment.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate HR metrics effectively and propose improvements.
  • Proficient in using HR software tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and assist new employees in understanding their roles and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company regulations.
  • Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives to improve employee skills and engagement.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
