Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Madurai. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure the smooth functioning of all HR-related activities. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, resolving workplace issues, and developing strategies to enhance workplace culture. Additional duties involve maintaining compliance with HR policies and providing support to management for workforce planning.

Qualifications

  • Proven knowledge and experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
  • Proficiency in HR Operations and implementation of HR Policies
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining Employee Relations
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the technology or IT services industry is advantageous
