Job summary : We are looking for a results - driven direct marketing manager to promote our products / services to customers and prospects through various direct marketing channels. you"ll be responsible foe building customer relationships , identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Customer Engagement : contact customers and prospects via phone, email, or in-person to promote products / services.
  • Sales growth: meet sales targets and drive revenue growth through direct marketing effforts.
  • Lead generation: Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and well-versed in corporate marketing.
  • Relationship building : build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge : develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of product / services, communicating benefits and features to customers.
  • Data Management : accurately record customer interactions, sales data, and market feedback.

Requirement:

Education : Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.

Experience : 1-3 years of experience in direct marketing sales, or customer service.

Skills :

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • strong customer service and relationship- building skills.
  • ability to work in a fast- paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.
