Job Title: Tele Calling Manager
- Job Summary:
The Tele Calling Manager will lead and manage the tele-calling / telemarketing team to achieve sales, outreach, lead generation, customer engagement, or collections targets (depending on the business). The role involves defining strategy, setting targets, monitoring performance, coaching the team, and ensuring high quality of calls and customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills
- Usually a bachelor's degree in any discipline; a degree in business, marketing, communications is a plus.
- Experience of 3-7+ years in tele-calling / telemarketing / inside sales or related fields, with at least some time in supervisory or managerial role.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; persuasion, negotiation.
- Strong analytical skills — able to interpret metrics, spot trends, identify issues.
- Leadership & people management — coaching, motivating a team.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Comfortable with technology / tools: CRM systems, call monitoring tools, reporting dashboards.
