We are looking for an Office Executive

Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly organized and efficient Office Executive to provide administrative support to our team. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, handling correspondence, and ensuring seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and messages, and respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • Office Management: Maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment, and ensure the office is well-organized and clean.
  • Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases, and ensure data confidentiality.

Ø Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, statements, and other documents as required.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
