Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.

HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records, personal files, and attendance data.
  • Assist in preparing HR letters (offer letters, confirmation, relieving, etc.).
  • Update employee databases and ensure accuracy of HR-related data.

Employee Engagement

  • Support in planning and conducting employee engagement activities and events.
  • Help gather employee feedback and maintain good communication with team members.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Assist in maintaining statutory registers and records as per labour laws.
  • Support HR audits and ensure compliance with company policies.

Performance & Training Support

  • Help coordinate training sessions and collect feedback.
  • Assist in documentation related to performance appraisals.

General Support

  • Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments for HR-related requirements.
