What You'll Do

  1. Drive vehicle insurance revenue growth by improving sales operations and broker coordination
  2. Own analytics and reporting across the insurance funnel — leads, conversions, broker performance, pricing benchmarks, claims, etc.
  3. Build and optimize internal processes to streamline lead management, broker follow-ups, renewals, and claims tracking
  4. Work closely with broker partners to improve conversion rates, response times, and resolve operational bottlenecks
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to align on goals and execution plans
  6. Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the data to improve performance
  7. Support strategic initiatives such as launching new insurance products or broker partnerships

What We're Looking For

  1. 2–4 years of experience in insurance operations, sales ops, or analytics, preferably in a B2B or fintech environment
  2. Strong analytical mindset — experience with Excel, dashboards, CRM, and reporting tools. Process-oriented and organized, with a bias toward action
  3. Experience working with insurance brokers or insurers is a strong plus.
  4. Excellent communication skills — able to coordinate across internal teams and external partners
  5. Prior exposure to vehicle insurance or logistics is a bonus
