Sales Operations Associate

to join our high-performing sales team and help us drive the next phase of growth.

Role Overview

The
Sales Operations Associate

will be the backbone of Edmingle's sales engine — responsible for optimizing our CRM workflows, improving data visibility, supporting forecasting accuracy, and aligning processes with our growth goals. This role bridges execution and strategy, ensuring that our AEs, BDRs, and leadership team operate with precision, insights, and speed.

Key Responsibilities

1. CRM & Process Management

  • Own and maintain the HubSpot CRM setup — ensuring deal stages, lead routing, and data hygiene are always accurate.
  • Audit deal pipelines weekly to track velocity, slippage, and follow-up compliance.
  • Standardize lead qualification and handoff processes between BDRs and AEs.
  • Create automation and task sequences to improve follow-ups and reduce manual work.

2. Sales Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards for daily/weekly sales performance — MQL to SQL conversion, deal progress, AE productivity, and win/loss ratios.
  • Analyze pipeline coverage vs. target; highlight risk areas to leadership.
  • Support accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting.
  • Track revenue metrics such as ARR, MRR, ACV, and funnel efficiency.

3. Tools & Tech Stack

  • Collaborate with RevOps and Marketing to ensure HubSpot, Zoho Books, and communication tools (Zoom, WhatsApp Campaigns, etc.) are seamlessly integrated.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in the current sales stack and suggest automation or workflow improvements.

4. Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Partner with Marketing Ops for lead attribution and campaign ROI tracking.
  • Work with Customer Success to ensure post-sale handoffs and renewal visibility.
  • Support the leadership team with ad-hoc reports and data-driven insights for decision-making.

Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM Management (preferably in a SaaS/B2B environment).
  • Proficiency in
    HubSpot CRM

(mandatory); experience with Google Sheets, dashboards, and reporting tools preferred.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills — ability to convert raw data into actionable insights.
- Understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, LTV, CAC, pipeline coverage, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail, process orientation, and communication skills.
