Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and closing sales deals. They will also collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery, provide customer support, and prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with international shipping regulations and documentation is a plus
