industry. We specialise in helping leading corporates enhance their brand presence across multiple locations through high-quality design, fabrication, and rollout solutions.
We are now looking for a dynamic
Senior Sales Executive
to join our team and drive new business growth across key sectors.
Job Purpose
To drive B2B sales by acquiring and managing corporate clients, pitching tailored branding and signage solutions, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams for successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential corporate clients across industries such as
banking, retail, logistics, education, and healthcare
. - Lead the
end-to-end sales cycle
— from prospecting, meetings, and proposal creation to negotiation and closure. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with
CXOs, Directors, and senior decision-makers
. - Coordinate closely with
Design, Production, and Client Servicing
teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction. - Manage and track sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to the leadership team.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education:
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred) - Experience:
3 to 5 years in
B2B Sales
, preferably in branding, signage, advertising, or corporate services. - CTC:
₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience)
Skills & Competencies
Technical / Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales and key account management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal writing
