Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive who will drive business growth by acquiring new clients while nurturing relationships with existing ones . This role requires someone who is proactive, well-networked within the architect/contractor ecosystem, and confident in representing premium products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients (architects, contractors, corporates) across Mumbai and surrounding areas.
  • Maintain and grow business from existing clients through consistent relationship management.
  • Generate leads and enquiries via cold calls, meetings, and networking.
  • Work with the design/estimation team to prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Present solutions to clients, handle negotiations, and close sales.
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain proper documentation of leads, sales pipeline, and client communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience (in glass partition and door systems).
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network with architects and contractors is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively across Mumbai.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
