Job Summary:

Hotel Sonar Bangla Group is looking for an organized and reliable Admin Associate to handle day-to-day administrative functions and support smooth office and site operations. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, good documentation knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative or office management (2–5 years preferred)
  • Knowledge of documentation, filing, and record maintenance
  • Basic understanding of procurement, billing, and vendor coordination
  • Good communication and computer skills (MS Office, Email, Excel)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office records, files, and reports
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and basic documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors, staff, and management
  • Assist in procurement and billing-related tasks
  • Support daily operational and administrative requirements
