Some of our portfolio brands are Miss Chase, Dolce Crudo, Miss Chase A+, Life with Pockets.Job Summary :We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Associate /Generalist with 2 years of experience to manage both HR operations and recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll, attendance, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. Strong communication and management skills are essential for this role.Key Responsibilities :1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positionsCoordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelinesSource candidates through job portals, referrals, and agenciesConduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and manage offer rollouts2. Onboarding & OffboardingHandle complete onboarding formalities including documentation, induction, and system accessCoordinate with departments to ensure smooth joining experienceManage exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and ensure clearance process3. Employee EngagementPlan and execute employee engagement activities and initiativesCollect employee feedback and support HR in enhancing work cultureAssist in organizing events, celebrations, and team-building programs4. Attendance ManagementMonitor and maintain daily attendance and leave recordsAddress employee queries related to attendance, salary, and deductions5. Stakeholder ManagementLiaise with internal departments like Admin, IT, Finance, etc., to support HR operationsEnsure effective communication and coordination with department heads for HR needsKey Skills Required :Good verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and management abilitiesAbility to handle both factory-level and office-level HR responsibilitiesProactive and organized approach to workQualifications :MBA/PGDM (Preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2+ years of relevant HR experienceWorking Conditions :Full-time, On-site5 days working from office only
