Purpose of the position

Work Environment :

  • Third party payroll deputed at Linde office.
  • Work from Office
    with occasional remote work flexibility based on situation.
  • Collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Develops / Supports HR services in adherence to company policies, guidelines and procedures of HR Team in line with requirements.

Principal responsibilities

Principal responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support pre-joining, onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help organize employee Trainings, employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Assist in handling employee queries and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Coordinate & Support Senior HR Team member with payroll activity for timely salary processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Statutory Compliance activities, followups and status tracking, Local Tool Maintenance & Leave management
  • Supporting Medical Camp activity in the Centre & co-ordinating the hospitalization cases (cashless/reimbursement)
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in audits and documentation.
  • Related HR activities as and where contribution might be required to get the work delivered as expected within the timeframe.

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Good understanding of HR practices and labor laws in India would be preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
