Job Title: Senior Associate, Pharma Commercial OperationsWe are seeking an experienced Senior Incentive Compensation Associate to support the development of incentive compensation designs and implementations for our clients in the pharmaceutical industry.This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate goals and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in commercial operations and a solid understanding of IC plans and admin concepts.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective incentive compensation plans.Analyze sales data using SQL and advanced Excel skills to evaluate performance metrics and generate insightful reports.Support call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, etc.).Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting.Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness.Sound understanding of IC plans and admin concepts, Goal Setting, and IC Health Check to support client with Sales ops activities.Experience with sales force automation tools and systems.Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Effective communication and presentation skills.Proactive, highly motivated and good work ethic.Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Benefits:Opportunity to work with scalable and enterprise-level technologies.Challenging, transparent, and supportive work environment.Opportunity to grow rapidly in your career along with the company.Competitive comp and benefits.About KMK Consulting Inc:We are a fast-growing company with passionate, energetic, and dedicated people working in a dynamic and friendly environment.
