About the Role
We are looking for a
Customer Executive
to join our growing travel company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling
inbound calls, customer enquiries, and providing clear travel-related information
. You will play a key role in
convincing customers, handling objections, and closing sales
, while ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle
inbound customer calls
and respond to travel-related enquiries. - Provide detailed information about travel services, visa assistance, group tours, and packages.
- Convince and convert leads
into confirmed bookings. - Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain call records, enquiry follow-ups, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the team with
problem-solving
and quick resolution of customer issues.
Requirements
- Minimum
1–2 years experience
in customer service / call center / sales. - Strong skills in
convincing, upselling, and customer handling
. - Good
problem-solving attitude
and ability to handle pressure. - Must be fluent in
English and Telugu
(additional languages are a plus). - Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Should be willing to work from our office at
Saligramam, Chennai
.
