Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Customer Care Executive. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible
- for both in bound and outbound customer calls
- shall have fluency in both English and Tamil (other languages also preferred in addition to the basic languages)
- willing to work in shift timings (from 6.30 am till 3.30 pm or 1 pm till 10 pm)
- willingness to learn diagnostic terms and work in a team.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Sales and customer relationship management (even freshers willing to work can apply)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in a customer care or support role is preferred
