Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Customer Care Executive. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible

  1. for both in bound and outbound customer calls
  2. shall have fluency in both English and Tamil (other languages also preferred in addition to the basic languages)
  3. willing to work in shift timings (from 6.30 am till 3.30 pm or 1 pm till 10 pm)
  4. willingness to learn diagnostic terms and work in a team.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in Sales and customer relationship management (even freshers willing to work can apply)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a customer care or support role is preferred
