Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Chennai. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, addressing their queries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional support. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels, providing solutions to customer issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Cooperation with the sales team and assisting in customer-related initiatives are also key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage professionally with customers
- Basic knowledge of Sales to support customer requirements and company objectives
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address customer concerns effectively
- Prior experience in customer care or a related field is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory
