Pre-Sales Executive
to support our growth.
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Pre-Sales Executive to join our sales team. You will play a crucial role in understanding customer requirements, preparing presentations, and supporting the sales cycle from the initial contact to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the Sales Executives to craft winning strategies.
- Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information).
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Assist in lead generation through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Build a solid understanding of company offerings to confidently communicate benefits to potential clients.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Good understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar Pre-Sales or client-facing role.
