Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing accounts. The role involves daily interaction with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Account Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
