Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and organized
Admin Executive
to handle daily administrative tasks and support smooth operations within the company. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and housekeeping staff.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, travel bookings, and other logistics.
- Support HR and operations in basic admin tasks such as event coordination.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning and address employee requirements.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in administration or office management (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
