Role Summary: The Admin Executive/Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming front office environment. The role also involves handling basic administrative tasks, managing petty cash, coordinating office supplies, and assisting internal teams with logistical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage the sales area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and correspondence; redirect queries to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a visitor log.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
  • Manage petty cash and ensure smooth functioning of office facilities by coordinating with vendors or facility management teams.

Candidate Profile:

Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Front Office Executive/Receptionist (experience in real
  • estate/hospitality preferred).
  • Basic English language and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Pleasant personality, well-groomed and customer-service oriented.
