Executive - Customer Support (Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam/Hindi)
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive - Customer Support (Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam/Hindi) to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer support principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
- Excellent language skills in Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam/Hindi, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
- Diploma in any field (3 years) or 15+ years of education
- Experience in voice process or a related field is an asset
