Strategy & Commercial Planning Manager – Emerging Markets
Reporting to: Chief of Staff – Emerging Markets

About the role
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Strategy & Commercial Planning Manager – Emerging Markets, based out of our India office in Bengaluru.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis to drive Food Service sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance overall business performance. You will be responsible for translating complex data into actionable insights, ensuring our sales strategies are backed by data-driven decision-making.
In this role, you will be pivotal in driving structured execution, transparency, and continuous improvement across our Food Service business.
What you'll do
- Analyze sales and market data to uncover strategic opportunities
- Build dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize performance
- Forecast Food Service sales and optimize planning across diverse markets in the Emerging Markets
- Lead performance reporting and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, working with: Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT & Data Engineering teams, to enhance data integration, across global time zones.
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
- 6–10 years in strategic planning, FP&A, or commercial analytics
- Experience in FMCG, D2C, B2C, or FoodTech industries is mandatory; familiarity in FMCG sales channels, customer segmentation, and market trends is essential.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills including presentation skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate across countries and time zones (from Mexico to Australia), with flexibility to support global coordination
- MBA or Master's in Business, Finance, Economics, or Analytics preferred.
