About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our growing automotive sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing online vehicle listings, engaging with potential buyers, coordinating leads, and supporting sales representatives. This position blends digital marketing, customer service, and lead management to help drive appointments and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage vehicle ads on Facebook Marketplace using company-provided accounts.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and schedule appointments with sales representatives.
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential leads using company-provided data.
- Accurately maintain lead forms and ensure detailed documentation of all interactions.
- Organize and segment leads based on interest, status, and sales funnel stage.
- Track and report follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and lead conversions daily.
- Collaborate with management to refine ad strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Assign leads to the sales team and update the CRM system consistently.
- Ensure every lead in the CRM has a defined Call-to-Action (CTA) for follow-up.
- Training & Tools Provided
- Comprehensive training on lead handling and customer interaction processes.
- Access and onboarding for RingCentral (company-provided communication tool).
- Training on financing processes to help filter qualified leads.
- Standardized lead tracking forms and data sets.
- Continuous support and performance coaching.
- Market orientation for the used car sector in Ontario, Canada to better understand clientele and manage leads effectively.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and one of the following: Hindi, Punjabi, or Gujarati.
- Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Comfortable with cold calling and appointment setting.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales preferred.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Skills)
- Experience in automotive sales or lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with RingCentral or similar communication tools.
- Bilingual proficiency (English + Punjabi/Hindi/Gujarati).

Pay: ₹29, ₹30,000.00 per month
