About Us

Port Perry Auto Wreckers is a trusted name in automotive recycling and used auto parts sales. Based in Ontario, we specialize in providing high-quality, affordable used auto parts to customers across the region. To support our growing operations, we are hiring a Remote Customer Support Executive to handle incoming phone calls related to used auto parts sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls from customers inquiring about used auto parts
  • Provide accurate information about availability, pricing, and compatibility of auto parts
  • Record customer details, part requests, and maintain call logs in our system
  • Transfer or escalate specific technical questions to the yard team when needed
  • Ensure excellent customer service by being polite, professional, and solution-focused

Requirements

  • Fully remote role – must be available to work Canadian business hours (Mon–Sat 8 AM – 6 PM EST, Sun 8 AM – 3 PM EST)
  • Fluent in English with clear and professional phone communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or auto parts sales is an asset
  • Knowledge of cars and auto parts (make, model, year) is highly preferred
  • Strong phone etiquette and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Computer literate with basic data entry skills
