Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Senior Field BDE to join our team. The Sr. Field BDE will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and driving revenue growth through direct, face-to-face top level meetings in the assigned territory. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting people and achieving sales goals in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, visits, calls, and referrals.
- Schedule & Conduct face to face meetings daily with prospective clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective leads.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Track competitors' activities and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client visits, sales, and follow-ups in reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Field BDE, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Lead generation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in the product based company or related.
- Ability to work independently.
