About the Role
Experience: 1 - 3 years
Location: Chembur
Work Mode: On-site
We are looking for an HR Operations Executive who will support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and ensure smooth HR operations across onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, attendance, payroll coordination and employee support.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee onboarding & exit formalities – documentation, background checks, ID creation, asset issuance, clearance etc.
- Maintain employee database & HRIS accuracy (new joinees, transfers, exits, salary updates etc.)
- Attendance & leave management coordination with managers & payroll
- Coordinate with finance for monthly payroll inputs – variable data, new joinees, F&F etc.
- Ensure 100% compliance upkeep – PF/ESIC/Gratuity related documents, statutory form submissions
- Issue HR letters – offer, appointment, confirmation, increments, relieving, etc.
- Manage employee queries through HR helpdesk / email
- Vendor coordination for BGV, insurance, ID card, access management etc.
- Support team for audits, engagement activities and policy rollouts
Qualifications
- Education: MBA in HR preferred
- Proficiency in employee lifecycle management, HR record maintenance and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Experience in payroll administration and compliance with labor laws
- Strong skills in policy implementation, grievance handling and communication
- Knowledge of talent acquisition processes and collaboration with recruitment teams
- Familiarity with using HR software and tools is an advantage
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality
