Job Overview

The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for managing and streamlining HR operations, including HRIS management, onboarding, and offboarding processes. This full-time position is based in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess strong operational capabilities, Excel skills, and analytical thinking.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in HRIS management for accuracy and data integrity
  • Experience with onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new employees
  • Expertise in managing offboarding processes while maintaining compliance standards
  • Operational skills to handle day-to-day HR tasks effectively
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
  • Strong analytical thinking to interpret HR metrics and provide insights
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all paperwork and training are completed
  • Oversee offboarding procedures, including exit interviews, documentation, and compliance
  • Implement and improve operational HR processes to enhance efficiency
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making
  • Collaborate with various departments to support HR initiatives and programs
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring all data is up-to-date and secure
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
