Role Description

This full-time on-site position for an HR Operations Executive / Asst Manager is based in Navi Mumbai. The HR Operations Executive will oversee administrative HR tasks, manage employee records, assist in payroll processing, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Key responsibilities include streamlining HR processes, managing employee queries, collaborating on talent acquisition procedures, and supporting employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR operations tasks such as employee record maintenance, payroll assistance, and compliance management
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills for effective employee engagement
  • Experience managing and improving HR processes, with attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance
  • Proficiency in Spine HR software systems / Excell and ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar HR role is preferred
