About the Role

We are seeking a results driven and experienced
Business Development Manager
to lead our domestic market expansion in India. This is a high impact position suited for professionals with a strong background in
B2B sales
,
channel development
, and
client relationship management
within science-driven or compliance focused industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead B2B sales and business development initiatives across India
  • Identify, onboard, and manage distributors in key regions
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, life sciences, food & beverage, and chemical sectors
  • Conduct product presentations, awareness initiatives, and outreach campaigns
  • Contribute to market intelligence, competitor analysis, and revenue strategy
  • Ensure high standards of post sales service and ongoing client engagement

Candidate Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related Life Sciences field
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or channel management
  • Prior experience in laboratory products, scientific solutions, or raw materials is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly self motivated, with the ability and willingness to travel across India
