About the Role:
As a Student Housing Sales & Booking Executive, you'll be the voice of our hostel/PG properties. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls with students & parents, convert leads into bookings, work with our CRM to keep track of all interactions, and co-ordinate with property/finance teams for visits and payments. A great opportunity for someone starting (or early-stage) in sales/telesales and keen to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively make outbound calls and respond to inbound enquires to promote hostel/PG properties.
- Present property details (rooms, pricing, facilities), explain payment terms and any special offers.
- Handle objections confidently and follow-up diligently until conversion.
- Maintain accurate updates of all leads, call outcomes, follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the property operations & accounts teams to schedule property visits and collect booking payments/deposits.
- Meet defined conversion / booking targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Very good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Good persuasive / convincing skills; comfortable talking with students & parents.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn CRM usage.
- Target-driven mindset, disciplined, organised, able to follow up.
- Preferred: 6 months-2 years of experience in call-centre, tele-sales or CRM operations. Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum: HSC (12th) or Graduate (any discipline).
- Experience: 0-2 years; ideally 6 months-2 years in tele-sales/call-centre preferred. Freshers with strong English/Hindi/Marathi skills may apply.
