Job Title: Business Development executive
Location: Bavdhan, Pune
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Experience Required:
Minimum 1 Year of Sales Experience (Event, Hospitality, or Service Industry Preferred)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team in Bavdhan, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our Event Service Packages to clients, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and promote event service packages.
- Manage leads, conduct meetings, and close sales deals.
- Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in event management, hospitality, or service sector).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
