Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential students or professionals interested in distance/online learning programs.
  • Counsel students about suitable courses based on their career aspirations.
  • Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with daily activities and student interactions.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
  • Build strong relationships with learners to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams for lead quality improvement.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with students and working professionals.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA or Marketing background preferred).
