Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Research and identify potential clients across our three key verticals: Talent, Clients, and Capital

  • Track and analyze email campaign performance metrics to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions

Appointment Setting & Scheduling:

  • Conduct strategic outbound calling to qualified prospects to schedule meetings with senior leadership

  • Manage appointment calendars efficiently to ensure optimal scheduling for both prospects and internal teams

  • Follow up persistently with warm leads to convert initial interest into confirmed meetings

  • Coordinate seamlessly with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified appointments

Business Model Explanation & Consultation:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Growqai's service offerings across Talent, Clients, and Capital verticals

  • Articulate value propositions clearly during initial prospect conversations and discovery calls

  • Conduct needs assessments to understand prospect challenges and position appropriate solutions

  • Provide a consultative approach in explaining how Growqai's AI-driven growth strategies can address specific business needs

CRM Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system

  • Track and report on key performance indicators, including lead generation, appointment setting, and conversion metrics

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow-up processes

Requirements

Experience & Background:

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in business development, lead generation, or B2B sales

  • Demonstrated success in email marketing campaigns and appointment setting

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment setting targets

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in email marketing tools and campaign management platforms

  • Strong research capabilities using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, and online tools

  • Excellent phone and email communication skills with the ability to engage C-level executives

  • Data analysis skills to interpret campaign metrics and optimize performance
