Business Development Executive

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Fresher)
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients in target markets through various online and offline channels.
 - Contact prospects via phone, email, and social media platforms to introduce the company's offerings.
 - Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor strategies.
 - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective clients.
 - Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and product demos to engage potential clients.
 - Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align business development activities with company goals.
 - Maintain up-to-date records of prospects, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM software.
 - Keep track of leads, provide timely follow-ups, and manage the sales pipeline.
 - Prepare daily/weekly reports on activities and progress, as well as customer feedback.
 
Skills Required
- Any graduate (Bachelor's degree).
 - Strong verbal and written skills.
 - Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
 - Ability to adapt and grow in a dynamic environment.
 - Motivated, energetic, and self-driven.
 - Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.
 
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹250, ₹400,000.00 per year
