Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer with a background in health insurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with partner insurance companies, driving business growth, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with branch teams of partner insurance companies.
- Drive premium financing through the Agency channel by engaging with agents, branch staff, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned branches and deliver consistent sales results.
- Conduct regular branch visits, training programs, and engagement activities to support partner teams.
- Monitor business performance metrics and provide insights to improve productivity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve partner queries effectively.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the health insurance domain.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in sales/business development within the health insurance sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Agency channel and its dynamics.
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving business targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned locations.
