Sales Coordinator / Key Account Manager
Seri Prints Private Limited is a leading manufacturer of high-quality screen-printed decals. We
have strong partnerships with major two-wheeler manufacturers like Bajaj Auto, Triumph
Motors and Royal Enfield. As our company expands, we need a dedicated professional to
manage key client relationships and ensure seamless communication between our sales,
design and production teams. Your primary goal will be to provide comprehensive, end-to-end
customer service .
The Role
Job Title: Sales Coordinator / Key Account Manager
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Industry: Manufacturing (Screen-Printed Decals)
Reporting to: The Sales Head or Regional Sales Manager
This position requires a proactive and organized individual to act as the primary liaison between
our key clients and our internal operations. You will be responsible for building and maintaining
strong professional relationships and ensuring a smooth process from the initial order to the
final product delivery. Your careful oversight of every step in the order lifecycle is essential to

Key Responsibilities
- Client Relations and Account Management
● Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, proactively engaging with them to
build lasting professional relationships.
● Manage client inquiries, provide detailed product information, and ensure all projects
specifications are met.
● Handle client feedback and promptly resolve any issues to strengthen client loyalty.
- Sales and Project Management
● Process and manage all sales orders with meticulous attention to detail, from receipt to
final delivery.
● Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and proposals.
● Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales orders, client communications, and
delivery schedules.
- Inter-departmental Collaboration
● Work closely with the Design, Production, and Logistics departments to accurately
Communicate client needs and monitor production timelines for on-time order fulfilment.
- Process Improvement and Reporting
● Monitor the progress of orders and proactively address any operational bottlenecks.
● Generate and analyse sales reports, order status updates, and customer service metrics
to provide valuable insights to management.
Qualifications and Experience
● Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Printing
Technology or a related field.
● Experience: A minimum of two years of professional experience in a client-facing role,
preferably within a manufacturing environment.
● Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of printing processes, experience with ERP or order
management systems and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.

coordination.
