**About the Company**:
We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality screen-printed decals, serving top two-wheeler OEMs and other industry clients. We pride ourselves on delivering premium products that meet the highest industry standards. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Sales Coordinator who can manage customer relationships and ensure smooth coordination between the sales, design, and production departments, providing end-to-end customer service.

**Position Overview**:
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a seamless order process from receipt to final delivery. The role requires coordinating with customers to understand their requirements and liaising with internal teams—design and production—to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of orders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Coordination & Relationship Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the order lifecycle.
- Manage customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure all specifications are clearly communicated.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain strong customer relationships.

**Sales Order Management**:

- Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and proposals as needed.
- Maintain updated records of sales orders, delivery schedules, and customer communications.

**Internal Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the design team to ensure customer specifications are accurately translated into design outputs.
- Coordinate with the production department to track order status, manage production timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Work closely with logistics to schedule and monitor deliveries, ensuring timely order fulfillment.

**Process Optimization & Reporting**:

- Monitor order progress and proactively resolve any issues that may affect delivery timelines.
- Generate and maintain sales reports, order status updates, and customer service metrics.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational bottlenecks.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Design, Printing Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or similar roles within a manufacturing environment (preferably printing or design-related).
- Basic understanding of screen printing processes and design principles.
- Experience working with ERP or order management systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
