**Job Title: Sales Coordinator**
**Location**: Sinhagad Road

**Reporting to**: Sales Manager / Head of Sales

**About the Role**

As a **Sales Coordinator**, you're the engine behind the sales team—keeping everything organized, efficient, and on track. You'll act as the go-to person between sales, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations from lead to delivery. Think of yourself as the glue that holds it all together.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, quotations, and order processing
- Prepare sales reports, keep records up-to-date, and track KPIs
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist in preparing sales presentations or proposals
- Coordinate between sales, logistics, finance, and customer service for timely delivery and issue resolution
- Maintain CRM and sales databases accurately
- Help in lead management and nurturing where needed
- Support marketing campaigns and events from the sales side

**What We’re Looking For**
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Familiarity with sales tools like CRM software, Excel, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A team player with a proactive attitude

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Freshers in a sales support or coordination role preferred
